Every product listing includes a Request Quote button. To receive a formal quote for a particular product, click on the Request Quote button located just below the Add to Cart Button. You'll be asked to complete Contact Details, Address information (where the product will be shipped) and Notes with any special instructions. Confirm the quantity you require, then click Submit to request your quote. An automated digital quote will arrive in your email box shortly.

To receive a quote for multiple products, begin by adding those products and the quantity you require to your shopping Cart. Once you've added all products you need quoted, click on the Cart icon in the top right corner to View Cart. Next, click on the Cart to Quote button located just below the Checkout button. You'll be asked to complete Contact Details, Address information (where the product will be shipped) and Notes with any special instructions. Confirm the quantity for each product in your Cart, then Submit your quote request. An automated digital quote will arrive in your email box shortly.

Quote expiration dates vary based on special pricing or promotions, current inventory and product availability from the manufacturer. Each Quote includes an expiration date when the product quantity and/or price can no longer be honored. If more time is needed to secure a Purchase Order or payment for your purchase, then you can contact our Customer Service Specialists via phone at 303-926-1669 / 866-926-1669 toll-free or via email at [email protected] to request that your quote expiration date be extended on your Quote. Please have your Quote number available for reference.

To request a product sample for review, contact our Customer Service Specialists via phone at 303-926-1669 / 866-926-1669 toll-free or via email at [email protected]. Product Samples will typically be provided for large volume purchases. Not all products are available as Samples. Some Sample requests will require coordination with the manufacturer and may require return after being reviewed.

Yes, we respond to RFP's and submit Bids for large-scale school, public agency and government line-item and catalog discounts. Each RFP and Bid Request is carefully reviewed for compatibility with our current product offering. If you have a school, public agency and government RFP or Bid Request that you're interested in having us review, please email us with the specifications and deadline date at [email protected].

Check with your Purchasing, Procurement or Business Services office to see if they require you to purchase under a contract or with a Registered Vendor. Encore Data Products is a Registered Vendor with most major school districts across the nation -- and if we aren't, it's really easy for us to submit a registration application.

Please have your Contract number available for reference. When purchasing under a Contract, your Contract reference number must be included on your Purchase Order.
